Andrew Bel, a junior at Colorado Springs Christian, won the Class 2A boys title by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 16:16.6 at the Colorado High School Activities Association Cross Country Championships at Norris Penrose Event Center in Colorado Springs. Bel became the first boys state champion in program history.
